EPA & DOT COMPLIANT

MO DNR, EPA & Recycling Regulations:

❌ HAZMAT BAN: No Tires, Car Batteries, Waste Oil, Paint, or Chemicals.

❌ RECYCLING BAN: No Plastic Bags in Recycling Bins. Items must be loose.

DOT Safety: Do not overload bins.

Service Agreement:

15-Day Grace Period: Service is suspended if 15 days past due.

Cancellation: You are responsible for the bin until we retrieve it.

Auto-Pay: Subscription renews quarterly.

City of Springfield (Ch. 94):

Timing: Bins at curb 7PM (prior day) to 10PM (pickup day).

Placement: Must be 3ft away from cars/mailboxes.

Lids: Must be fully closed to prevent litter/pests.
